Pre-Orders

  • Assembly Zone offers pre-orders for selected upcoming product releases. Assembly Zone is not responsible for credit approval decisions, instalment terms, or charges levied by these providers.
  • Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors and BNPL providers, including PayHere, KOKO, and Mintpay. We do not store or have direct access to your full card or payment details.

Order Processing and Communications

  • To process and fulfil your order, you must provide accurate personal and delivery details, including your name, contact number, email address, and delivery address.
  • Your contact and delivery details will be shared with our third-party logistics and courier partners solely for the purpose of delivering your order.
  • Order confirmations, dispatch updates, and delivery notifications may be sent to you via SMS. These SMS messages are sent through our service provider, Ecomit (Pvt) Ltd, on behalf of Assembly Zone.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of your orders within Sri Lanka.
  • Orders are delivered through our third-party logistics and courier partners, who will receive your name, contact number, and delivery address solely to complete delivery.
  • Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, and other factors outside our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the order to the specified shipping address.
