Thank you for shopping at Assembly Zone. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best experience for builders and collectors. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the following policy carefully.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending back any items. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds for card payments are returned exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account.
- Refunds for Buy Now, Pay Later (KOKO or Mintpay) orders are processed back through the respective BNPL provider, in accordance with their own refund timelines and procedures. Instalments already paid will be refunded subject to that provider’s policies — Assembly Zone has no control over the BNPL provider’s refund processing time.
- The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
- It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank, BNPL provider, or payment provider.
- Pre-order deposits are non-refundable. In the event that Assembly Zone is unable to fulfil a pre-order, the deposit paid will be refunded.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different variant (e.g., a different set or colour), please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may require the return of the original item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened / assembled sets
- Custom or personalised orders
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items on final sale or clearance
- Pre-order deposits and pre-ordered items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund depending on availability and circumstances. Claims for damaged or defective items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Pre-Orders
Assembly Zone offers pre-orders for selected upcoming releases. To secure a pre-order, a non-refundable deposit of 50{db2459937d838681a91d7f1f9e83cbf0d9383996aeb0ae4e4a8a6f0dad396a0c}–70{db2459937d838681a91d7f1f9e83cbf0d9383996aeb0ae4e4a8a6f0dad396a0c} of the product price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon dispatch. Pre-order deposits and pre-ordered items are non-refundable once placed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay, cancellation, or change to your pre-order.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defective product). In such cases, we will arrange for a prepaid return or cover the applicable cost.
